My flight does not arrive till Athens, Greece till 5:00 pm, so it looks like I’ll be missing the pre-departure meeting..Will my tour guide be aware of my flight arriving at that time and not being able to make it to the meeting? How will I get a hold of my tour guide once I arrive to the hotel so I can show them my travel documents?
