Our modern, air conditioned coaches have been selected by Contiki with your comfort, safety and scenic viewing in mind. All our coaches in the USA and Canada are fitted with video and/or DVD players and monitors as well as stereo sound systems and capabilities to play CD’s, I-pods, other MP3 players and the like.

Contiki does not reserve or allocate seating on any of our tours and we highly recommend moving throughout the coach in order to mix with your fellow travelers.

There are times when you driver will have to have time days or time off due to US Department of Transport regulations, therefore, occasionally your transportation during your free time will be at your own expense.

Please note: On the New York Explorer a comfortable, air conditioned coach is used on Day 1 only. All other transportation is through the New York metro system.
