What will this mean for the people who have already booked for their accomodation and flights that will be traveling in November?

The resort isn’t closing, they’re going to open the resort up to everyone so it won’t be exclusive to Contiki anymore.

As long as you’re staying with someone who is 18 or over and the 17 years old’s parent/guardian has signed the wavier form (Available from Contiki). Just for the record, 16 and under is too young.
